Regarding the charging mechanism, this soap dispenser is rechargeable, featuring a built-in 1500mAh battery, eliminating the need for battery replacement. A full charge can last approximately 3 months for family use. When the battery is low, the motor may not function, even if the sensor can detect motion. If the motor noise is low or non-existent, please charge the soap dispenser first. Ensure that it is charged for 2-3 hours until fully charged. The indicator light will turn red during charging and white once fully charged. If the indicator does not light up, try charging with a different cable.

After charging, remove the charging cable and press the power button for 2-3 seconds to turn it on. It will not turn on with a single click or multiple clicks.

The soap dispenser offers two dispensing options: a low amount of 0.6g per release and a high amount of 1g per release. The smart amount adjustment feature eliminates the need for manual setting. Simply move your hand to the low amount area (0-3cm from the sensor) or the high amount area (3-6cm from the sensor) to dispense the desired amount.

For optimal foam production, you can use foam soap or dilute liquid soap with 4 parts water to create a rich foam. Avoid using undiluted liquid soap, as it may not foam properly and could potentially clog the dispenser.
